This photo was captured in Cambridge close to the city center with purposefully slow shutterspeed to blur the cyclist. The numerous parked cycles in the background against an ancient building isquite a typical view for Cambridge.
This is one of the photos from my City Motion Collection 1; a set of about a hundred photos captured mostly in Cambridge - the primary subject for which was blurry movement on a background of various city scenes.
