This photo was captured in Cambridge city center by a mixture of variable ND lens filter and interpolation techniques.
It is of the photos from my City Motion Collection 1; a set of about a hundred photos captured mostly in Cambridge - the primary subject for which was blurry movement on a background of various city scenes.
