Punting on River Cam is very popular with Cambridge tourists. Some boats can be seen in a blur in this photo. The location was somewhere near the backs of the main Cambridge University Colleges.

This is photo is one of the many photos in my City Motion Collection; a set of about a hundred photos captured mostly in Cambridge - the primary subject for which was blurry movement on a background of various city scenes.
